I left a message for a quote request and within 5 minutes, Ibrahim had called me back. It was so easy to get a quote and there was great communication from quote request through to booking and the day of the job. Protec are punctual and did an amazing job on our lounges. With two kids (3&1), our lounges have been stained heavily and within half an hour they were bought back to life and look brand new again!

I made a late call to Ibrahim Saturday afternoon to book in a job for Monday. After confirming an afternoon availability Ibrahim assured me he would call to confirm time by mid morning Monday.
Sunday afternoon he phoned not only to confirm but to negotiate a time that worked best for me. Ibrahim arrived smack bang on time. Was quick, completely professional and extremely thorough. It was no trouble for him to clean an additional item requested on the day at a minimal cost. My quote was all inclusive with no hidden costs! And my lounge looked and smelt better than new. I would definitely recommend Ibrahim @ Protec carpet cleaning for all of your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. I had my carpets cleaned about 6 months ago by them (and when I say they were filthy, I’m not exaggerating). I was thrilled with the result then. After 9 years of living in this unit, our landlord is now selling and we have an open house tomorrow. I only became aware of this on Wednesday and phoned Ibrahim who wasn’t sure if they could accommodate me at such short notice. He said he’d make some enquiries and phone me back. True to his word, he called back within minutes and said they’d be here at 7.00am on Friday. My carpets were done this morning and the result way exceeded my expectations. 5.47pm and they are almost bone dry. Incredible service, results and worth every cent.
